Policies and Procedures

This section provides copies of policies in place for brokers/agents involved in transactions related to syndicate mortgages that funded Fortress projects. A copy of the Building & Development Mortgages Canada (BDMC) brokerage policy and procedures manual was provided to each brokerage that sold syndicated mortgages to potential lender/investors. The manual was accessible to all mortgage agents within the brokerage and the brokerages agreed to adhere to the policies within. Attached below are the pages with sections that outline the expectations on all selling Brokers and Agents.
